This is a
Spoken Zine,
a genre at the intersection of oration and archive where a
oratory experience is translated into an archival artifact.
It transmutes the urgency of a lecture or public talk into a
tactile, reflective form that can be held, reread, and shared.
Each zine in this series carries the cadence of the original
delivery while also offering new invitations to reflect,
respond, and reimagine. This is a practice of archiving my
Black aliveness. By turning the fleeting act of public oration
into a lasting evidence of study, care, and liberation.
